stampeding heart- sanity stir

Pressure pounding- chest aflame

No escape-helpless game

Whirlwind drowning- defenses fall

Anchor fades- Endless call

Anxiety-humanity-hostility-futility

Fatigue, despair- alone nowhere

hopeless dread- heart of lead

confusion stalling- oblivion calling

mental ailing- confidence failing

Chemical conspiracy- psychocuriosity

medical cunfundity- BIPOLAR

I realize this isn't my usual style, but the cadence evokes what mere words cannot: the absolute pressure that builds inside someone battling the disorder. Bipolar is a long and difficult road. This is my small bit to offer understanding. I pray that one day they find a cure. -Jen
